Major regeneration of former headquarters site in Bell Lane, Lewes to provide a mixed use development comprising 28,000 sq.ft. of refurbished offices pre sold to Knill James Accountants and Southdowns Housing Association and development of a further 23,000sq.ft. of new offices including lets to MWB Solicitors, Owl Audio Visual and INC Research plus 14 luxury apartments overlooking parkland.
2013 Update: Planning consent now secured for final phase comprising 7 houses & 7 apartments. Development to start soon.
