Cross Stone have developed over 500,000 sq.ft. of commercial property throughout the south east. This includes the development of new industrial units and refurbishment of older units to provide new business space. We have also constructed and refurbished many new build office schemes, retail spaces and supermarkets. In many instances we have worked under tight time constraints to secure early occupation for businesses looking to relocate within our schemes.
