In 2017 Cross Stone unconditionally purchased this former chicken farm site, located on the main A26 Uckfield Road, to the immediate north of Lewes.

The derelict and redundant site has now secured planning for the development of 50 family houses and a 20,000 sq.ft. industrial unit development.

This site has been sold and is now being developed out by Akehusrt Homes
