Purchased unconditionally by Cross Stone, a former pharmaceuticals office and distribution HQ located within an exclusive area of Lewes, overlooking parkland.  Cross Stone acquired the site and secured planning permission for a development of 23,000 sq.ft. of offices, which were pre let and sold to local occupiers and provided a further development of 7 luxury apartments and 7 contemporary townhouses, which were developed by Greenrock.
