Originally purchased by Cross Stone in 1994 Enterprise Point was a redundant 54,000 sq.ft. former electricity board head office.

Cross Stone substantially refurbished, and sub divided the multi-storey property in the mid 1990’s to create a successful business centre comprising offices and workshops. As trends changed planning was more recently secured for residential conversion and development, but the site has subsequently secured planning for a 269-room state of the art Co-Living and Work development and has been sold on.
